The De Stefani Winery, located in the rolling hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, just outside Venice, welcome you for this 30-minute tasting experience.
In July 1918, at the current headquarter of the winery in Fossalta di Piave, Ernest Hemingway received his first treatment after being seriously wounded during World War I.
After an introduction to the company, you will have the opportunity to visit the commemorative plaque dedicated to Ernest Hemingway’s experience in Fossalta di Piave and learn about his time in this territory. This is followed by a guided wine-tasting session of 5 different De Stefani wines.
