Here is what's in store for you
For this experience, you will be welcomed to Azienda Agricola Monserrato 1973, located in the hills around Benevento, at the foot of Mount Serrato.
After a brief introduction to the history of the winery with references to its origins and tradition of past cultivations, the experience continues with a tour of the vineyards, olive groves, and finally the winery, where the main processing techniques will be explained and narrated with a focus on the methodologies necessary for organic production.
The experience then continues with the tasting of the estate wines; 5 wines:
Barbera IGT Beneventano
Levata Campania Falanghina IGT
Murate di Sopra Campania Bianco IGT
Rintocco Campania Rosso IGT
Beneventano Rosato Frizzante IGT
The wine tasting will be accompanied by a tasting of Monserrato 1973's farm oils ( Ortice monocultivar and Satanasso).
