Here is what's in store for you

For this experience, you will be welcomed to Azienda Agricola Monserrato 1973, located in the hills around Benevento, at the foot of Mount Serrato.

After a brief introduction to the history of the winery with references to its origins and tradition of past cultivations, the experience continues with a tour of the vineyards, olive groves, and finally the winery, where the main processing techniques will be explained and narrated with a focus on the methodologies necessary for organic production.

The experience then continues with the tasting of 3 estate wines. The wine tasting will be accompanied by a tasting of Monserrato 1973's 3 farm oils ( Ortice monocultivar, Manalonga, and Satanasso) and a selection of local delicacies including homemade cured meats and cheeses, bruschetta, and taralli.

Una struttura veramente molto bella, personale gentile, accogliente e disponibile a qualsiasi domanda. L'enologa è stata molto professionale e nello stesso tempo empatica. Degustazioni vini veramente ottima seguita da una degustazione di olii prodotti da loro, accompagnata da un tagliare di salumi, formaggi e prodotti sotto olio tutti di loro produzione. Esperienza consigliatissima
