Wine Tasting & Cellar Tour at Kuća Vina Ivan Katunar

Croatian family winery Kuća vina Ivan Katunar's estate is ready to welcome you!

You will start your experience on the terrace with a beautiful view of the old town of Vrbnik. The estate's terrace is covered, so the experience won't be affected by bad weather. To start, you will be offered a guided tasting of 2 local wines: sparkling Žlahtina and still white wine Žlahtina. Later, you will be guided through the cellar where the winemaking traditions of Ivan Katunar's estate will be explained. Since the winery is located in the same building as the house of the Katunar family, you will also hear the history of the family.

After the cellar tour, you will return to the terrace where you will try 5 more wines, made of indigenous and international varieties. Along with wine, you will get to try the extra virgin olive oil produced by the estate. To accompany the tasting, you will also be served some snacks: homemade cheese, olives, sausages, figs, nuts, and traditional sheep cheesecake. To conclude the experience, you will be offered to try some of the liqueurs and brandies of Ivan Katunar's estate.
