Here is what's in store for you
Discover San Polo, one of the most innovative and prestigious wineries in Montalcino, renowned for its strong commitment to eco-sustainability, bio-architecture, and social responsibility. Your experience begins with a guided walk through the vineyards, where you will explore the distinctive characteristics of San Polo’s individual plots and gain insight into how terroir influences each wine. The tour continues inside the striking underground winery, where you will learn in detail about the winemaking processes, as well as the architectural principles that make San Polo a benchmark for sustainable wine production.
The visit concludes with a guided tasting of four representative wines from San Polo and the Montalcino area. The tasting is accompanied by a selection of local cheeses, carefully chosen to enhance the flavors and structure of each wine.

Incredible!
Visiting the cellar where the wine is born and discovering its aging processes was fascinating!
As for the wine tasting, we couldn't have asked for better, set up in a stunning room with a breathtaking view of the valleys below. A special note of merit for the Anphora Vignamasso wine, which tells a particular story and is the result of an unconventional production, to be discovered!
It would be nice to be able to visit the winery "in the ferment of production" to be able to see everyone at work
A pleasant Montalcino tasting
