Langhe Wine Tasting with Local Platter at Cortino Cantina in Diano d'Alba

Your experience at Cortino Cantina begins in Diano d'Alba, with a view that stretches across the Langhe towards Monviso and the region's castles. Here, you'll be welcomed by the owner and winemaker of the Boffa family, who will personally guide you.

The session starts with an introduction to this renowned wine territory, its different denominations, and the grape varieties that define its tradition. You will then move to the tasting room to sample five wines that tell the story of the area: an Arneis or Chardonnay, a Dolcetto Diano Superiore, a Barbera d'Alba Superiore, a Nebbiolo d'Alba Superiore, and a Passito.

Each wine is paired with a selection of local products. You will taste Tume dell'Alta Langa cheeses, sourced from a small producer who uses sheep's and cow's milk, alongside traditional pork salami from a local farm butcher. A non-alcoholic option with cheese and cold cuts is also available for children.
