Wine tasting & light lunch at Cantine Aliani & Castello di Ramazzano
Here is what you will live
The wine tasting tour at the castle consists of a tour of the medieval kitchens, the noble floor and frescoed rooms where
the wine tasting experience takes place.
You are welcomed with a glass of the prestigious white wine "Non Otium", with a side dish of almonds and tarallini. Afterwards, the followings will be served:
- The still white wine"Silentium"
- The red wines"eone XIII"
- Castrum Ramacani, along with side dishes of salami, cheeses, bread and olive oil, and a main course.
The tour will terminate with a glass of the reserve wine "Castrum Oro, and a side dish of almond, walnut, ginger and chili pepper dark chocolate.
Altogether, a total of 6 glasses of wine will be tasted.
