Here is what's in store for you
This wine tasting tour at the Castle of Ramazzano consists of a tour of the medieval kitchens, the noble floor, and frescoed rooms where
the wine tasting experience takes place.
You will be welcomed with a glass of the prestigious white wine "Non Otium", with a side dish of almonds and tarallini. Afterward, the following will be served:
- The still white wine "Silentium"
- The red wine "Leone XIII"
- The red "Castrum Ramacani", accompanied by local cold cuts, cheeses, bread and olive oil, and one main course.
- Finally, a glass of the reserve wine "Castrum Oro", and a side of almond, walnut, ginger, and chili pepper dark chocolate.
Altogether, a total of 6 glasses of wine will be tasted.

Ci scusiamo nuovamente. Non era nostra intenzione disdire la sua degustazione presso le Nostre Cantine Aliani. Urgenze familiari, come specificato anche nel momento del rimborso biglietto immediato, non ci hanno dato la possibilità di avvisare i nostri clienti in tempo così da schedulare la degustazione ad un’altra data.
Speriamo di rivederla presto nel Nostro Castello per la degustazione dei nostri favolosi vini.
