You'll be welcomed by the owner, Davide Valetti, who will personally guide you through the estate. The tour covers both the historic and modern parts of the winery, including the barrel cellar, the bottling room, and the panoramic terrace overlooking the surrounding landscape.

After the tour, you will take a seat at your table in the panoramic tasting room for a relaxed tasting of eight wines of your choice. The typical selection offers a comparative journey through the main wine styles of the area, beginning with the white Custoza and Lugana, followed by Bardolino Chiaretto and Bardolino Chiaretto Spumante. The tasting concludes with four reds: Bardolino Classico, Valpolicella, Bardolino Superiore, and Valpolicella Ripasso.

The wines will be accompanied by salami or porchetta, medium-aged Monte Veronese cheese, and taralli or breadsticks. The experience also includes a taste of Amarone or Bardolino grappa and the estate’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Good tasting
Overall the tasting went well, although it was not in line with what was described on the booking website.
When booking, I made a note regarding the food, but it was not passed on to the winery manager (so I was told).

Practically impeccable
We booked a wine tasting and were truly satisfied. The owners were truly kind and helpful, they explained the family's history leading up to the explanation of the wines. The premises are beautiful, especially clean and tidy, both the cellar and the tasting room. Therefore I highly recommend it both for the products and for the people. Congratulations.
