Here is what's in store for you

Indulge in Casa Sola's wine experience with a wine tasting and lunch/dinner, a journey through Chianti Classico.

Begin with a warm welcome on the terrace, where we share our winemaking philosophy and the unique factors shaping our wines. Explore our vineyards and cellars, learning about production methods and Chianti's rich history.

Next, you will learn about various wines and olive oil and how to pair them with different foods and cuisines. You will enjoy a tasting of four wines: Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva, and Montarsiccio I.G.T. (Supertuscan), Vin Santo del Chianti Classico. This wine experience includes a light lunch or dinner paired with wines with the following menu: a wide selection of bruschette as an appetizer, a first course of lasagna, a rich platter of Tuscan cheeses and cold cuts (Tuscan Pecorino, Prosciutto, Salami Toscano, Finocchiona), and to finish, ice cream with cantucci and Vin Santo.

Il paesaggio del Chianti Classico è bellissimo in questa esperienza la differenza la fa il sommelier Alessandro con la sua gentilezza e totale disponibilità. La visita alla cantina è molto interessante e le mille spiegazioni con le mille domande alle quali Alessandro ha rsposto con infinita pazienza e chiarezza, la rende davvero affascinante. Ottima e scrupolosa la degustazione guidata. Ti fa venire voglia di avvicinarti sempre più al mondo del vino

We had a great morning tour in Casa sola, with the owner giving us details amd history facts about the Chianti region and the Chianti Classico wine.
We had a tour in the vineyard and the cellar and the we had a taste of 3 different wines they make in Casa Sola.
They came along with bruscetti and cheese and salami from the region.

Totally a very nice experience in a family running business. Value for money

Con grande piacere abbiamo preso parte alla degustazione dei vini di Casasola accompagnata da formaggi e salumi tipici della zona. Siamo rimasti esterrefatti dai loro vini proposti e a nostro parere qui si può assaggiare il vero Chianti Classico
Suggeriamo di acquistare la loro gran selezione, non è compreso nella degustazione ma vale davvero la pena assaggiarlo

Consigliata da una amica sommelier ho prenotato la visita a Casa Sola.
Siamo stati accompagnati in un percorso interessantissimo e completo da una disponibilissima signora che ci ha raccontato la storia del chianti classico e tutti i passaggi della produzione.
Durante la degustazione ho apprezzato moltissimo i suggerimenti di abbinamento.

The property is visually spectacular! Although I went with a tour the owner/resident of the main house was very welcoming and had a quick chat in English. Maria was very informative about the estate like property and very much willing to discuss and teach about the wine grown and produced onsite. Great experience and wine.
