Indulge in Casa Sola's wine experience with a wine tasting and lunch/dinner, a journey through Chianti Classico.

Begin with a warm welcome on the terrace, where we share our winemaking philosophy and the unique factors shaping our wines. Explore our vineyards and cellars, learning about production methods and Chianti's rich history.

Next, you will learn about various wines and olive oil and how to pair them with different foods and cuisines. You will enjoy a tasting of four wines: Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva, and Montarsiccio I.G.T. (Supertuscan), Vin Santo del Chianti Classico. This wine experience includes a light lunch or dinner paired with wines with the following menu: a wide selection of bruschette as an appetizer, a first course of lasagna, a rich platter of Tuscan cheeses and cold cuts (Tuscan Pecorino, Prosciutto, Salami Toscano, Finocchiona), and to finish, ice cream with cantucci and Vin Santo.

Piccola ma bella Azienda Agricola situata nelle colline del Chianti, circondata da vigneti e uliveti, offre un bellissimo panorama della zona circostante! Con tanto di visita in cantina e un'ottima degustazione di vini accompagnata da crostini misti, salumi e un'ottima lasagna.
L'esperienza arricchita da una spiegazione dettagliata del tutto.

Unico suggerimento, far provare qualche fetta di pane in più con il loro ottimo olio :)

Visit to Casa Sola May 2025

We ended up with an individual tour and lunch. Our guide was very friendly and knowlegeable about the wines and the area. The wines were really good and enjoyed the selection of cheese and ham and the food pairings with the wine went very well. Unfortunately the message about my food allergies on the booking didn’t seem to have got through so we didn’t get the lasagne. It was rainy so we ate inside. Lovely old building with great views and nice dining area, although no view from inside, nice traditional winery
When we first arrived there was nobody around so we were a bit concerned but we were a little early, maybe let people know someone will meet them at their arrival time and isn’t there all the time

Il paesaggio del Chianti Classico è bellissimo in questa esperienza la differenza la fa il sommelier Alessandro con la sua gentilezza e totale disponibilità. La visita alla cantina è molto interessante e le mille spiegazioni con le mille domande alle quali Alessandro ha rsposto con infinita pazienza e chiarezza, la rende davvero affascinante. Ottima e scrupolosa la degustazione guidata. Ti fa venire voglia di avvicinarti sempre più al mondo del vino

We had a great morning tour in Casa sola, with the owner giving us details amd history facts about the Chianti region and the Chianti Classico wine.
We had a tour in the vineyard and the cellar and the we had a taste of 3 different wines they make in Casa Sola.
They came along with bruscetti and cheese and salami from the region.

Totally a very nice experience in a family running business. Value for money
