Next, you will learn about various wines and olive oil and how to pair them with different foods and cuisines. You will enjoy a tasting of four wines: Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva, and Montarsiccio I.G.T. (Supertuscan), Vin Santo del Chianti Classico. This wine experience includes a light lunch or dinner paired with wines with the following menu: a wide selection of bruschette as an appetizer, a first course of lasagna, a rich platter of Tuscan cheeses and cold cuts (Tuscan Pecorino, Prosciutto, Salami Toscano, Finocchiona), and to finish, ice cream with cantucci and Vin Santo.

A wonderful experience in the Chianti Hills
A small but beautiful farm located in the Chianti hills, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, offers a beautiful panorama of the surrounding area! Complete with a visit to the cellar and an excellent wine tasting accompanied by mixed crostini, cured meats, and an excellent lasagna.
The experience is enriched by a detailed explanation of everything.
My only suggestion: let people try a few more slices of bread with their excellent oil :)

Visit to Casa Sola May 2025
We ended up with an individual tour and lunch. Our guide was very friendly and knowlegeable about the wines and the area. The wines were really good and enjoyed the selection of cheese and ham and the food pairings with the wine went very well. Unfortunately the message about my food allergies on the booking didn’t seem to have got through so we didn’t get the lasagne. It was rainy so we ate inside. Lovely old building with great views and nice dining area, although no view from inside, nice traditional winery
When we first arrived there was nobody around so we were a bit concerned but we were a little early, maybe let people know someone will meet them at their arrival time and isn’t there all the time
