Begin your journey with a visit to the winery's 400-year-old cellar, an atmospheric space that you must climb into—an adventure in itself. Here, surrounded by ancient space and the scent of aging oak barrels, you’ll learn about the Barbenik family's dedication to organic viticulture and traditional winemaking in oak.

You’ll enjoy a guided tasting of 4 to 8 organic wines, each crafted with care from estate-grown grapes. The selection includes white and red varieties that reflect the terroir of Ilok, one of Croatia's most renowned wine regions along the Danube River.

To complete the tasting, you’ll be offered traditional local snacks, including pork-based delicacies, Danube fish, and organic fruits and vegetables from the surrounding area. All ingredients are sourced locally and celebrate the rich culinary heritage of Slavonia and Syrmia.
