Begin your visit at Cantina Rotaliana’s evocative barrel cellar, where time, oak, and tradition work in harmony to shape the character of their wines. Inhale the subtle aromas of wood, observe the remuage process of Trentodoc sparkling wines, and understand the magic behind the bottle fermentation process.

The tour ends with a tasting of Teroldego Rotaliano Superiore Riserva, the flagship red wine of Cantina Rotaliana, paired with a small food entrée. For those wishing to extend the pleasure, you can add a wine pairing menu in the design-forward and relaxing Rotaliana Wine Shop for just €10 extra.
