Here is what you will live
Leaving the most beaten wine paths and looking for new perspectives of wine production, we find, surrounded by the lush hilly landscape of Monferrato, Asotom winery which produces organic wines with a particular philosophy and innovative techniques.
This is not a simple tasting but the discovery of the personal wine "more organic than organic" and of its eccentric vigneron, getting to the heart of the workings in the cellar and in the vineyard.
Depending on the time of year, we can witness one or more steps of the interesting cycle of wine production (harvesting by hand, pumping over and punching down in the cellar, batonage, filling the barrels, bottling, and innovative treatments such as the use of essential oils and algae to defend against vine diseases).
An entire day in close contact with the winemaker, between the vineyard and the cellar, alongside him in his working day, to give vent to their curiosity, learning and especially experiencing activities otherwise difficult to try elsewhere. A funny and unique way to discover and know what is really behind the creation of a wine!
