4 Wines in amphora! (Stefano)I was at the Cirelli farm for Cantine Aperte 2021. An impeccable organization through which my girlfriend and I were able to book an outdoor picnic under an Olive tree. The Cirelli Team is helpful, cheerful and loves the territory, hence the philosophy of wanting to age the wine in amphorae, to create products that are a full expression of the terroir, without "external influences" from barrels, for example. The wines are good, especially the Pecorino and Cerasuolo (truly unique), while the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is very "fresh and easy-drinking", far from the taste we have been accustomed to with other "more traditional" wines.
