Cascina Bisceto is a small organic winery rooted in the rolling hills of Piedmont, where our family lovingly cultivates five hectares of vineyards. Our work is driven by a deep respect for tradition, local grape varieties, and the rhythms of nature. With a hands-on approach in both the vineyard and the cellar, we produce wines that speak authentically of our land. Specializing in native Piedmontese grapes—mainly Dolcetto, Barbera, and Moscato—we focus on crafting wines that honor the DOC and DOCG appellations of our territory. We value minimal intervention winemaking: spontaneous fermentations and extended aging processes allow each vintage to develop its own voice. With just 4 to 5 labels per year, depending on the harvest, we produce around 7,000 bottles annually, making each bottle a rare expression of our terroir and philosophy.
