Comenge Winery, founded in 1999 by Jaime Comenge Puig, is nestled in the heart of the Ribera del Duero in Curiel de Duero, just 5 km from Peñafiel. Surrounded by 16 hectares of our organic Tempranillo vineyard, the winery offers magnificent views of the historic Castles of Curiel and Peñafiel, as well as the serene banks of the Duero River. Our mission has always been clear: to create fine wines by applying innovative research and sustainable practices. Certified organic since 2015, we work closely with prestigious universities to develop unique, natural winemaking processes. Our state-of-the-art facility, designed with modern simplicity, welcomes visitors year-round to explore the world of wine through tastings, vineyard activities, workshops, and gastronomic events. Recognized for our excellence, Comenge was awarded a Special Mention for "Best Wine Establishment" by the Wine Routes of Spain in 2011.
