Albafiorita is a family-run winery and agriturismo located in the Friulian countryside, just a few kilometers from the sea.

Behind every detail there are real people: Laura, Virgilio and Dino, who share a common vision rooted in respect for the land, hospitality and a slower, more conscious way of living. What started as a passion has grown into a place where wine and hospitality come together naturally. The winery is surrounded by vineyards that we cultivate with care, following the principles of organic farming and focusing on sustainability and innovation through resistant grape varieties.

For us, wine is not just a product, but a way to tell a story. It is the result of daily work in the vineyard, of patience, of small gestures repeated over time. The same philosophy guides the way we welcome our guests: with simplicity, authenticity and attention to every detail.

Albafiorita's wines are born from a deep respect for nature and a commitment to organic viticulture. We cultivate 8 hectares of vineyards surrounding our winery, where we grow both traditional Friulian grape varieties and resistant varieties, carefully chosen to reduce environmental impact and preserve the natural balance of the ecosystem.

Our collection includes wines such as M’AMA and SOFFIO, two organic white blends made from resistant varieties like Soreli and Sauvignon Kretos. M’AMA is fresh and vibrant, with notes of tropical fruit and aromatic herbs, while SOFFIO is more complex and elegant, with a rich bouquet of ripe fruit and a persistent finish.

Our red wines include Cabernet DOC Friuli, characterized by intense aromas of red fruits and delicate spicy notes, and Merlot DOC Friuli, warm and enveloping, with hints of blueberry, blackberry, liquorice and cocoa, and fine, elegant tannins.

We also produce our Prosecco DOC, with a fine and elegant perlage, expressing aromas of green apple and Williams pear, fresh and lively on the palate, perfect for convivial moments.

Albafiorita's vineyards grow on alluvial soils shaped by the Tagliamento River, rich in minerals that give our wines a distinctive sapidity. We see our vineyard as a living garden, where biodiversity and spontaneous flowers remind us that great wine is born from respect for what surrounds us.

Each bottle reflects the rhythm of the seasons, our connection to the land, and a vision of viticulture that looks forward with responsibility and authenticity.
