Then our table was full of cheese and ham from the region, very generous in quantity. We taste 8 wines with Sante that explained everything, respond to your question with kind and generous smile. He is very professional, here for you at any time. At the end you have the possibility to buy the bottle. We take 8 bottles in total. We are use to French wine, but this is something else. You reconsider to eat cheese or meat/ham with a completely different type of wine after this degustation. It was amazing. Thank you very much and also thank you for the ride.

Esperienza degustazione
La cantina è molto ben curata, si vede che c'è passione e dedizione ed i risultati ci sono tutti, il vino è molto buono, non sono un super intenditore ma la qualità c'è tutta e si sente, così come il cibo che accompagna la degustazione, davvero molto buono, il tutto sempre accompagnato da una persona che sa davvero farti capire ciò che stai provando, senza mai essere invadente.
COMPLIMENTI È STATO UN VERO PIACERE. GRAZIE
Per ciò che mi riguarda nessuno, è stato tutto molto bello ed interessante così.

Esperienza eccellente!
Visita ai vigneti, interessanti spiegazioni, degustazione abbondante e qualitativamente molto elevata (salumi e formaggi a km 0, vini della cantina deliziosi). Da rifare, da consigliare, da regalare!!!! Eccellente!

Tipo super quark ma meglio
I vini sono complessi e sfaccettati, rappresentando benissimo i padroni e il sommelier che ci ha accompagnato. Una persona splendida e ricca di passione di una conoscenza totale del territorio, del prodotto e della storicità del luogo.

About Winery and Wines
The winery was founded in 1970, when the owner Assirelli Aldo decided to vinify the first grapes born from the cultivation of a few hilly hectares of vineyards located in the municipality of Dozza. The next generation saw his son Vittorio determined to renovate the production cellar into a building dedicated to the complete processing of grapes and the sale of wine in demijohns, adopting in the field the method of integrated pest management to best preserve the vines on the farm.
Today he is joined by his sons Matteo and Luca and his wife Anna, who, together with Vittorio, take advantage of the advice of Dr. Enologo Marco Lucchi, obtaining a 'wide range of bottled wines and vinifying not only native grapes but also international grapes from 16 hectares of estate vineyards. Attentive to innovations, the winery has recently been modernized at the production level, with innovative machinery in the cellar that allows the winemaking phases to be followed in a highly qualitative way and with a scrupulous and careful method, aimed strictly at the birth of DOCG, DOC and IGT wines of the highest quality. The winery is also equipped with a special and comfortable tasting room equipped with a fireplace and old-fashioned objects, providing direct sales in the winery with the possibility of pleasant guided tours and tastings.
The "Cantina da Vittorio" has received various awards and praise in the context of various events, proving to be, for longevity and quality, one of the pillars of the culture and flavors of Dozza.
It is no coincidence that when we are asked to spend a few words to describe our business, we usually use the term "home." Assirelli Winery "Cantina da Vittorio" sells its wines throughout Italy and Europe, also supplying restaurants and individuals.
All this, however, could not have happened without a strong motivation and desire to stand out in a market as important and renowned as the wine market. In the past, when someone wanted wine he would go to the one who had the vineyard, have a demijohn filled, and in the meantime, ham would be sliced, two piadinas heated, and a bottle uncorked. The act of selling wine was not just a monetary transition, but a pleasant and convivial time to appreciate the gifts of the land.
This has been our past and our starting point, but we are convinced that traditions should not be lost but should be perpetuated over the years and enriched. That hospitality and warmth that characterized those who came before us is our greatest legacy. Our regular customers already know this, but those who will get to know our business by reading between the lines of this website, know that in "Cantina da Vittorio" they will always be welcome because it is a direct relationship with the customer that gives greater meaning to our work.
