About Winery and Wines
Cantina Ninni is located within the DOC zone of Trebbiano Spoletino and Monti Martani at an altitude of 350 metres above sea level. The predominantly clayey soil with marl substrates, therefore rich in minerals, the vineyard is entirely sunny all day long and the light breeze is always present, favouring the ripening of the grapes in a special way.
The soil of the vineyard is completely grassed over naturally, no weeding is carried out at the base of the vines, it is never fertilised and the vines are only helped during the vegetative phase with natural products based on seaweed extract. All treatments in the vineyard are free from the use of systemic products, and only products permitted in organic farming are used. The choice of a limited production per vine (dating back 35 years), helps to maintain them over time by favouring the ripening of the fruit and limiting production stress.
