About the Winery
Azienda Agricola Dofiné, in addition to cultivating vineyards and producing a large variety of wines, sold wholesale or by the bottle, is a small, family-run business who organises wine-tasting events.
At our wine-tasting events guests can experience culinary delights created in collaboration with small local farms which showcase the versatility of Dofiné, as well as the delicious variety of local produce.
Sommelier Riccardo, with his wife Nicoletta, transport their guests into a wine-tasting, culinary and historical journey of the local region.
Guests will experience truly unique moments, they will learn wine-tasting techniques and the correct pairing of food with wine, as well as the history of the local viticulture, which dates back to the Venetian Empire and was historically practiced by the Carraresi family, a local wine-making family of regional notoriety.
About the Wines
From 8 different grape varieties our wine production includes 20 different labels, a complete range of native wines to satisfy the curiosity of our customers.
Still white wines : Pinot Grigio DOC ; Moscato giallo aromatic ; Vino bianco semi aromatic ; Moscato giallo passito, Tai.

A beautiful experience.

The wines were exceptional products but the tasting was not just a sampling.
What was created was an atmosphere of dialogue, of anecdotes and laughter surrounded by a narration that created a story for each bottle of wine.

Following that, the dinner with tasting was a real journey: each selected wine was presented to us with passion, explaining its history and characteristics, all accompanied by perfectly paired dishes. Every taste was excellent.
