Azienda Agricola Innocenzo Turco
About the Winery
Azienda Agricola Innocenzo Turco has its roots in a deep love for wine that began in childhood, fostered in the cellar—a place of mystery and wonder where everything seemed to happen. This passion has grown and solidified over time, driving a commitment to wine production that is shared by the entire family and dedicated collaborators. Every bottle is meticulously handled, from filling and corking to cleaning, labeling, encapsulating, and packing, all done with the utmost care and dedication.
The winery's life revolves around the production of its wines throughout the year, with La Granaccia as the crowning jewel. The cellar, dating back to 1898, retains its original charm with cozy dimensions, vaulted niches, and a labyrinthine structure. In 2006, the cellar was renewed, combining modern equipment with traditional practices, creating a workspace where the pace is measured and deliberate, much like the careful process of winemaking itself.
The winery is a place where the rhythm of the seasons dictates the pace of work, and everything is done with a deep respect for tradition and a commitment to quality. The structure itself, with its cool, refreshing climate in the summer and crisp, piercing air in the winter, serves as a reminder of the enduring connection between the land, the wine, and those who dedicate their lives to its production.
About the Wines
The Innocenzo Turco agricultural company is situated in the municipality of Quiliano, just a stone's throw from Savona. The estate covers an area of approximately 20 hectares, with most of the land being hilly, though there are some flat areas. The property is characterized by a diverse landscape, including woods, olive groves, fruit orchards, and vineyards. The grapes harvested from these vineyards are vinified directly on the farm, producing wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region.
These wines can be enjoyed in the restaurant at the farmhouse, offering a true farm-to-table experience, or they can be purchased in the Wine Shop for those who wish to take a piece of the estate's heritage home with them. The estate's dedication to maintaining the natural beauty and agricultural traditions of the region is evident in every aspect of its operation.

Wonderful English-speaking host
A walk through the vineyards would have been wonderful, and perhaps more displays/photos of the 4-generations making their wines.
Great evening, great food, great wines and perfect hospitality!
Especially for us they had an englisch speaking person come over to show us around and explained us everything about the wines and the process of making wine.
