About Winery and Wines

In Trentino, Cadalora means "house of the Ora", where the Ora is the magical wind of Garda that characterizes with its beneficial influence the meeting and fusion of two apparently distant worlds: the mountains and the Mediterranean. This is the place where seven generations of our family has been involved in the cultivation of the vine. Today, the heirs of this great agricultural tradition are engaged in the constant search for quality and its maintenance, aware of the great landscape, cultural and historical heritage represented by the territory in which they operate.

Cadalora still believes that "good wine" is the result of the evocative capacity of a unique, unparalleled territory and the skill of the craftsman who transforms those grapes. All this implies an ecosystem in balance with Nature, where the quality of wine is based on the renewal of resources and the ability to maintain them in the long run, for future generations. The territory of which wine represents the mirror, has been and will always be the ancestral link of our enological tradition. Personally I am convinced that the need of eating, in contemporary man must be strictly connected to the origin, and therefore to the place where the food is born, but even more to the ethics and the art of the one who produces it.
