L'azienda agricola Viola opera sul Monte di Mezzocorona, un altopiano soleggiato a 900 mt. slm, raggiungibile con una suggestiva funivia; un'oasi di pace e tranquillità da dove è possibile ammirare la Piana Rotaliana e le montagne che le fanno da cornice.

Siamo una piccolissima realtà vitivinicola e disegniamo nicchie enologiche direttamente nei vigneti, accudendo con amore e pazienza le viti al fine di ottenere frutta matura, ricca di aromi e profumi attraenti per riempire i bicchieri di elegante piacevolezza.

Le nostre interpretazioni sono le seguenti:

- 1) NAVARRO bollicina di montagna a 900mt slm sul Monte di Mezzocorona, la più alta vigna in quota del Trentino;

- 2) ROSSO MANCATO, interpretazione elegante ed accattivante del vitigno Teroldego;

- 3) NERO VIOLA, interpretazine concentrata ed intrigante del vitigno Teroldego;

-4) altri bozzetti di vini in cantiere da assaggiare direttamente dalle botti in cantina-

Le nostre unicità esclusive sono:

- il territorio del Monte di Mezzocorona;

- la dislocazione produttiva e ricettiva aziedale che si sviluppa in valle ed in altura, riassunta nel nostro slogan SOTTO. SOPRA;

- la consapevolezza della nostra proposta qualitativa che raccontiamo trasparentemente ai nostri ospiti durante l'assaggio dei vini facendogli fare un viaggio culturale all'interno dei risvolti del nostro modus-operandi, coinvolgendoli ed appassionandoli con concetti ed esperienze tangibili;

The Viola winery works in Monte di Mezzocorona a sunny plaateau situated at an height of 900 mt above sea level, wich i reachable with a very suggestive cabe-car ride; it's an oasis of peace and serenity where it's possible to admire the entirety of the Rotaliana plain and the mountains that frame it.

We are a very small winery that designs enological niches directly in the vineyards, tending to the grapevines with love and patience with the goal of harvesting ripe fruits, rich in charming scents and fragrances, in order to fill our wine-glasses with refined pleasure.

There are our solutions:

1) NAVARRO, mountain sparkling wine grown at an altitude of 900mt over sea level at Monte di Mezzocorona. It's Trentino's highest grown grapewines;

2) ROSSO MANCATO, an elegant and charming interpretation of the Teroldego wine variety;

3) NERO VIOLA, a condensed and intriguing interpretation of the Teroldego wine variety;

4) Other still-in-progress wines that can be tasted straight from our barrels.

The traits that makes us unique and exclusive are:

- the territory of Monte di Mezzocorona;

- the difference in location between our vineyards and our winery, that spans from the valley to the mountain, that can be summed up in or motto "SOTTO -SOPRA" (upside - down);

- the consciousness of the quality of our products, that we candidly illustsrate to our customers throug our wine tasting experiences, taking them on a trip through our modus-operandi, in order to captivate and thrill them with a tangible and concrete experience;
