Azienda Agricola Viola is nestled on the Monte di Mezzocorona, a sunny plateau at 900 meters above sea level, accessible by a scenic cable car ride. This peaceful oasis offers breathtaking views of the Rotaliana plain and the surrounding mountains.

What sets the winery apart is its unique location, with vineyards spanning both the valley and the mountain, embodied by the motto "SOTTO-SOPRA" (upside-down). The commitment to quality is evident in the transparent approach taken during wine tastings, where visitors are invited to immerse themselves in the winery’s philosophy and process. Every detail, from the creation of the wines to the hospitality offered to guests, reflects the same passion and dedication.

As a small, boutique winery, Azienda Agricola Viola creates unique enological experiences directly from the vineyard, tending to the vines with care and patience to produce grapes rich in alluring aromas. These grapes are transformed into elegant wines that fill the glass with refined pleasure.

The wine collection includes:

- NAVARRO, a mountain sparkling wine from the highest vineyard in Trentino, grown at 900 meters on Monte di Mezzocorona.
- ROSSO MANCATO, an elegant and captivating interpretation of the Teroldego grape.
- NERO VIOLA, a concentrated and intriguing expression of the Teroldego variety.

Additional wines are still in development, available for tasting directly from the barrels.
