Bellissima esperienza!

Ieri presso la cantina Costantini, abbiamo trascorso un'ora e mezzo, assaggiando ottimi vini, con cibi prodotti in loco. Ci ha accompagnato in questa esperienza, Sara, una giovane sommelier che ci ha messo a conoscenza di molti dei segreti dei vini prodotti dalla loro cantina che affonda le radici nel '700!!!

abbiamo fatto una degustazione di coppia favolosa, abbiamo conosciuto la storia di questa bella cantina e abbiamo potuto assaggiare non solo i loro vini fantastici ma anche gli alti prodotti della cantina, come confetture e olio, che rispettano la natura e risaltano i sapori dei frutti.
torneremo sicuramente.

Una storia di vino da 300 anni … che dire… il vino è super ed i proprietari sono favolosi, culturalmente preparati, disponibili e affabili. Inoltre io sono celiaca e sono stati attenti a farmi provare tutto ciò che facesse parte della degustazione

L'esperienza è stata davvero indimenticabile, gli accostamenti, il vino, per non parlare del passito, eccezionale. Gli accostamenti erano davvero azzeccati, e non avrei potuto chiedere per un esperienza migliore. Consiglio molto, poi la persona che ci ha accompagnato nell'esperienza è stata davvero gentile professionale e accogliente. Una esperienza che io e la mia futura moglie non dimenticheremo.

Sono andata alla Cantina Costantini insieme a mia figlia, sabato, 28 dicembre. Abbiamo scelto questa esperienza incuriosite dalle recensioni. Beh, che dire è stata un'esperienza straordinaria.
Abbiamo tardato all'appuntamento per via del traffico ma nonostante tutto abbiamo trovato un'accoglienza molto calorosa. La nostra "guida " in questo viaggio degustativo è stata perfetta, gentile, esaustiva e molto alla mano. Ci è stata offerta una grande quantità di prodotti, vini e tutte le prelibatezze del posto. Tutto
squisito. Abbiamo passato il nostro tempo alla Cantina veramente bene.
Alla fine abbiamo acquistato anche qualche prodotto per portare a casa.
Non so che altro potrei aggiungere. Andare e assaggiare per credere! Troverete tante cose buonissime, ambiente bello e pulitissimo, tutto accompagnato dalla gentilezza, sorrisi e molta passione per il proprio lavoro. Ne vale la pena!

Cantina Costantini, nestled in the heart of the Castelli Romani in Genzano di Roma, has been a pillar of Italian winemaking tradition since 1721. With over 300 years of continuous operation, our winery stands among the oldest in the region and possibly in all of Italy. The Costantini family has preserved the artisanal approach to winemaking through generations, blending time-honored techniques with modern innovations. The vinification process takes place in our historic facilities located in the town center of Genzano di Roma, where traditional methods and equipment have been carefully passed down from father to son. Today, Cantina Costantini has evolved into a comprehensive agricultural enterprise, expanding beyond wine to include the production of extra virgin olive oil and artisanal preserves made from our homegrown fruit.
