Cantina Costantini, nestled in the heart of the Castelli Romani in Genzano di Roma, has been a pillar of Italian winemaking tradition since 1721. With over 300 years of continuous operation, our winery stands among the oldest in the region and possibly in all of Italy. The Costantini family has preserved the artisanal approach to winemaking through generations, blending time-honored techniques with modern innovations. The vinification process takes place in our historic facilities located in the town center of Genzano di Roma, where traditional methods and equipment have been carefully passed down from father to son. Today, Cantina Costantini has evolved into a comprehensive agricultural enterprise, expanding beyond wine to include the production of extra virgin olive oil and artisanal preserves made from our homegrown fruit. Our vineyards are situated in the Montegiove and Presciano areas, within the municipalities of Genzano di Roma and Lanuvio.
