Prima degustazione per noi e non potevamo scegliere cantina migliore.
Sara ci ha messo subito a nostro agio e tramite la sua professionalità ci ha fatto fare un viaggio immersivo dalla produzione del vino passando per i prodotti locali.
Ambiente curato, atmosfera autentica e tanta passione per il territorio. Un’esperienza che consiglio a chiunque.

Ho regalato al mio ragazzo la degustazione superior alla cantina Costantini e ci siamo trovati benissimo. I vini erano molto buoni, le professioniste che ci hanno seguito molto gentili, disponibili e preparate. Tutti gli accompagnamenti per i vini, a partire dai salumi fino alle marmellate e alle confetture fatte da loro erano ottimi. Un plauso all'olio di produzione della cantina, davvero eccezionale. Esperienza superconsigliata!

La cantina gestita dalla famiglia Costantini è una piccola realtà nel territorio dei Castelli che merita di certo Una visita. La passione è k’entusiasmo con cui vengono presentati i vini d i prodotti della casa coinvolge ed incuriosisce L’assaggiio di 4 dei loro calici migliori e’ convincente e induce ad approfondire e continuare a conoscere e seguire la cantina. Sorprendenti le conserve di frutta

The whole experience from the time you walk in and are greeted to the end of purchasing products was amazing. This was our first time ever doing a wine tasting anywhere. They explained everything; the process, the bottling and why it pairs with different foods. The fresh jams, meats and vegetables are sooo good. There was no pressure to purchase anything at the end. Very clean, comfortable and easy to get to. The whole family is amazing. To watch the locals come in one after another to get wine says a lot about the winery.
The dessert wine is really good if you add that as one of your tastings.

Ieri presso la cantina Costantini, abbiamo trascorso un'ora e mezzo, assaggiando ottimi vini, con cibi prodotti in loco. Ci ha accompagnato in questa esperienza, Sara, una giovane sommelier che ci ha messo a conoscenza di molti dei segreti dei vini prodotti dalla loro cantina che affonda le radici nel '700!!!

Cantina Costantini, nestled in the heart of the Castelli Romani in Genzano di Roma, has been a pillar of Italian winemaking tradition since 1721. With over 300 years of continuous operation, our winery stands among the oldest in the region and possibly in all of Italy. The Costantini family has preserved the artisanal approach to winemaking through generations, blending time-honored techniques with modern innovations. The vinification process takes place in our historic facilities located in the town center of Genzano di Roma, where traditional methods and equipment have been carefully passed down from father to son. Our standout varietals include Malvasia Puntinata, Bellone, and Cesanese, known for their exceptional quality and deep connection to the land. These are complemented by other local staples such as Trebbiano, Montepulciano, and Cacchione, each contributing to the diverse palette of flavors our wines offer. Additionally, we incorporate international varieties like Merlot, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc, which express unique characteristics when grown in our volcanic soils.
