Cantina Favaro

Cantina Favaro is a small, family-run winery founded in 1992 in Piverone, in the Piedmont region of Italy. At the heart of the estate is the Favaro family, whose shared passion and dedication drive every aspect of the winery.

Benito Favaro, the founder, continues to care for the vineyards, supported by his son Nicola, while another family member oversees the work in the cellar. The entire family is involved, each contributing with commitment and enthusiasm, creating a close-knit and authentic winemaking environment.

The vineyards are located on hills of glacial origin, a unique terroir that provides ideal conditions for cultivating expressive and characterful wines. This strong connection to the land, combined with a philosophy based on simplicity and respect for nature, defines the identity of the winery.
