About Winery and Wines

At the beginning of 2000, Piero Canopoli together with his wife Giuliana Dalla Longa and their daughters Martina, Arianna, and Greta, decided to transfer their lives to Piero's homeland, Sardinia.

After a long career spent in the world of wine, from consultancy to sommelier passing through marketing, in 2007, driven by an innate passion for the Gallura area, they decided to found a winery, initially starting from a cognitive commercial project, then, over the years and with the constant growth of the business, in 2010 transforming everything into a wine tourism production company dedicated to hospitality and communication, based at the gates of the Costa Smeralda.

Murals dressed in red with Nativo Isola dei Nuraghi, Millant'anni Isola dei Nuraghi, Arcanos Cannonau di Sardegna DOC, and Ai posteri Isola dei Nuraghi. The creation of the Murales red wines involved a considerable effort in which the contribution of nature certainly had the dominant role, but then the due attention to the various steps in the cellar required long waits, long macerations, and fermentations also influenced, meticulous care and numerous tastings to capture the extraordinary evolution of the wines.
The personalities of the various wines, originating from different vines, if initially retracted, let themselves be grasped over time, showing distinctive aromatic imprints and elegant and powerful, masculine but refined nuances.

The more complex red version, Ai Posteri, as it evolved, revealed itself revealing, in addition to a complex and velvety structure, also an aromatic extension of unexpected breadth in which, among the innumerable odorous families, we are also inebriated by aromatic dominants that are rarely can capture, at least all at the same time, in a single wine: coffee, tea, chocolate, tobacco, cinchona, etc….

Murals dressed in white with Lumenera Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, Miradas Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, Sentenzia Isola dei Nuraghi, and Tuttiventi Vermentino di Sardegna DOC.

Our white wines are the result of careful reflection born in the vineyard, starting directly from the land and the surrounding environment. The combination of granite subsoil, rich in potassium, and the influence of a temperate-windy climate, favors the creation of products with an intense and peculiar character, capable of giving rise to strong sensory emotions, above all when the wine is given the opportunity and time to evolve by expanding thus the complex aromatic range that distinguishes them.

From the spicy notes of Lumenera, to the fruity and floral tones of Miradas and Tuttiventi, to the mineral notes of Sentenzia, the sensory experience is full of unique and highly engaging contents.
