È stata la nostra prima visita in bodega, mi è risultata una bellissima esperienza, ci ha guidato e spiegato tutto l’ enologo, spiegato chiarissimo. Molto interessante tutta la storia della famiglia Pisoni, i procedimenti che ancora utilizzano e la parte storica della cantina.
Abbiamo finito con un vino santo del 2008 che era fantastico. Molto contenta con tutto.

Una muy buena experiencia desde el principio hasta el final, te explican cómo elaboran el vino y hacen una cata de embutidos y quesos. Merece la pena al 100%

In the heart of the Valle dei Laghi, between Lake Garda and the Brenta Dolomites, Cantina Pisoni welcomes you for an experience that blends territory, tradition, and a passion for wine. A family story rooted in organic and biodynamic viticulture, told among barrels, vineyards, and wine glasses.

You can choose between two tasting options: the classic formula, featuring the winery’s most iconic labels, or the premium version for a deeper dive into more complex wines. Both tastings end with a glass of Vino Santo Trentino DOC, the true gem of the winery. A unique opportunity to discover Trentino’s wine culture, where every sip speaks of identity and land.

Nosiola and Teroldego, you only need to mention a few names of the most renowned wines of Trentino to understand how essential vines are to the Trentino landscape! The great diversity of climate, the abundance of water, the winds of Lake Garda, and the expert hands of Trentino winemakers give rise to real masterpieces. All the wines at the Pisoni winery are made with grapes from the family vineyards. They are grown according to the principles of biodynamics, without using chemical products. The winemaking methods employed at the winery are also completely natural: a blend of innovation and tradition.
