Incredible experience
..we booked a 3 course lunch with a wine tasting and everything was amazing. The hosts were so kind and attentive and the food they made was delicious. They created a warm and comfortable atmosphere and provided us with lots of interesting information on the Vineyard and their processes. We tried both the red and white wine and both were beautiful ( especially the red). I would strongly recommend this experience to anyone with an interest in wine and incredible home cooked Italian food.

Spettacolare!
Si svolge nella natura, accompagnata da un vento piacevole, il sole e la meravigliosa vista sulle colline che si aprono come due pagine scritte dai filari d'uva. La degustazione si svolge in tre parti: visita alle vigne, assaggio di "Trilogia", assaggio di "Otto colli". Il primo, un rosso, un blend nato da tre vini tra i quali l'aglianico, ha un gusto morbido molto gradevole. Servito accompagnato a gustosi prodotti locali. Il loro prodotto di punta, il bianco 8 colli, regala una vera esperienza del Greco di Tufo.
A fare da contorno all'esperienza, la compagnia dei proprietari, Daniela e Luigi, persone squisite, che ci hanno spiegato il loro progetto dalla A alla Z, che ci hanno raccontato i loro vini "d'autore" e che hanno reso l'esperienza ancora più speciale!

Ogni calice degustato è stato accompagnato dalla spiegazione su come era stato prodotto, dalla selezione delle uve, alla loro cura fino all'imbottigliamento e conservazione.
Davvero un bellissimo racconto perché si capiva la passione e l''amore che hanno i proprietari per il loro vigneto.

Cantina Sacco produces wines that truly reflect the unique characteristics of their land in Montefusco, Irpinia. The Greco di Tufo DOCG 8 Hills is a standout white wine made exclusively from Greco di Tufo grapes, grown at an altitude of 700 meters. This wine is known for its straw-yellow color and complex aromas of white and aromatic fruits. It offers a harmonious balance between minerality and acidity, with a 13.5% alcohol content.
Another exceptional offering from Cantina Sacco is the IGT Campania Trilogy 8 Hills, a blend of Aglianico, Merlot, and Cabernet grapes. Each variety is vinified separately to preserve its unique qualities before being blended to create a dark ruby red wine with an intense, slightly tannic flavor. This wine is ideal for pairing with hearty dishes like red meats and mature cheeses and is also 13.5% alcohol by volume.
