Curiosity: Tempo Reale immediately underlines the importance of the passage of time in the world of wine. In fact, it is with aging that a potentially important wine becomes so in reality. But the name also means something else. Because over the years in which it ages, this wine requires daily care, "real time" control of its progress until the long awaited moment of actual maturity.

ENOTOUR
A complete tour to discover the ecological Calabria. We have planted all the autochthonous vines of our region directly in our resort, the same ones we use to give light to our wines. A walk around the more bautiful  fruits of our land, the beating heart of the company, which will end in the cellar, to discover the our barrel. And finally a final tasting of the wines in a special intimate and welcoming space.

SANT’ANGELO

Our Ciro 'Bianco, obtained from 100% Greco Bianco grapes, has a straw yellow color with intense reflections. The careful vinification and harvesting of the grapes earlier than tradition give a wine with a modern attitude with the character of tradition. The result is a wine of great personality, with aromas of ripe peach and yellow fruit and a large bouquet with floral tenors. Intense round drink, in which body and style are perfectly balanced. The extraordinary minerality is surprising, for a persistent and great flavor.

CAMELIA

Camelia is our white Charmat method, obtained from a blend of the indigenous aromatic grape variety of our land, Malvasia Bianca, with a must of international grape varieties, Chardonnay. The color is fresh and tends to greenish. The strength of Malvasia is immediately perceived on the nose, thanks to the marked fruity notes that immediately stand out. The large floral bouquet follows closely, giving a pleasant olfactory persistence. The long sigh is characterized by hints of freshly picked yellow fruit and echoes of cyclamen on a soft spring day. The drink is alluring and round, with a light and never invasive bubble..

PRIMA LUCE

Our Cirò Rosato, obtained from 100% Gaglioppo grapes, has a pale pink color, almost aristocratic. It is the result of a careful "white" vinification of our native vineyard, through harvest operations carried out in an extra soft way, in order to extract only "the grape must flower" and therefore all the quality and freshness that in a rosé wine it can be obtained. The result is a very balanced wine, with intense aromas of peach and red fruit, with a floral note on the finish with a decidedly inebriating tone. The same aromas are found on the palate, where the round drink is perfectly balanced, for a persistent taste that can easily recall the second glass. 

AMARILLO

Our classic red Amarillo represents a young and modern version of Cirò Doc. From a first visual analysis we perceive its determination and fresh soul, not hidden by the lively ruby ​​red that appears in the glass. The aromas of undergrowth, cherry and pomegranate inaugurate the olfactory bouquet enriched by hints of spice and ethereal. On the palate it is fresh and full-bodied, with lively and soft tannins. The final notes of fresh mint reflect the typicality of Gaglioppo, here revisited in a modern key, and prolong the pleasant persistence.

ALTURA

Altura, that the name  evokes the hilly vineyards from which we collect the fruit dedicated to this label, is an expression of the highly important classic red Cirò superior. It has a ruby ​​red color, full of reflections of varying intensity. In the large olfactory bouquet we can first distinguish various fruity notes, of a dominant nature. Subsequently, the hints of spices and ethereal notes emerge, accompanying the persistent finish marked by an unmistakable mint.

TEMPO REALE

Tempo Reale, as the name of this label also says, is a wine made important by time. It brings with it all the good things that patience and waiting can transmit to the grape nectar. It is an example of Cirò Riserva with its admirable elegance and gentle strength, capable of convincing even the most critical taster with its profound ways. The chromatic base is ruby ​​red, but different shades, from purple to brick red, pass through it delicately, varying with the passage of time. The large bouquet eloquently presents all the typical notes of Gaglioppo, from red fruit to pomegranate. Then there are notes of tobacco and coffee, passing through vanilla and finally mint.
