Wine lovers will find themselves closer to the process than ever before, while newcomers are welcomed into an inspiring and educational journey.
Casa Boquera offers a rich array of wine tourism experiences, from immersive vineyard walks to guided wine tastings led by knowledgeable, passionate hosts. These tastings are not just about flavors—they explore the soil, sun, and aging processes that shape each vintage. Guests may enjoy a smooth Monastrell-Petit Verdot blend under the warm afternoon sun or a rare limited-edition wine paired with local artisanal fare. The goal is not to rush through samples, but to savor each glass as a story.
The winery itself blends modern techniques with sustainable, traditional practices. Every part of the winemaking process—from grape to bottle—is done on-site with integrity and care. Small-batch production ensures authenticity, and visitors get a rare glimpse into the true craft of winemaking.

For those who value the vine, the countryside, and the quiet luxury of meaningful experiences, Casa Boquera isn’t just a destination—it’s a dream made real.
Each bottle of wine at Casa Boquera is more than a beverage – it is a distilled expression of the land we cherish. Our wines are 100% certified organic, shaped by the mineral-rich soils and sunlit slopes that define this corner of southeastern Spain. The result is a collection of wines with deep personality—wines where vibrant ruby tones and the unmistakable presence of our native Monastrell speak to both tradition and terroir.
Monastrell, also known as Mourvèdre or Mataró, is the proud heart of our vineyard and the soul of our region, a protected denomination of origin (DOP) variety with centuries of history in this land. Alongside it, we cultivate three other noble red grapes: Petit Verdot, Syrah, and Garnacha Tintorera (Grenache). For lovers of white wines, our vines also yield Chardonnay, Moscatel, and Sauvignon Blanc—produced in limited, precious quantities of just 1,000 bottles per year. These delicate whites can only be enjoyed here, in the quiet elegance of the estate itself.
Our approach to winemaking is rooted in artisanship and care. From the first winter pruning to the harvest, everything is done by hand—with patience, precision, and love. Grapes are gathered in small baskets at their peak ripeness, selected one by one to ensure that only the finest fruit continues on the journey from vine to glass. This devotion results in wines that are not only full-bodied and flavorful—but memorable, long after the final sip.
Casa Boquera's Wines:
White Boquera
A truly singular creation, White Boquera is a harmonious blend of Moscatel, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay. With a limited annual production, this white wine is crafted to highlight the natural expression of each grape. In select vintages, it is gently matured in American oak barrels to add depth and aromatic complexity, while in others, it remains fresh and fruit-forward—allowing the purity of the varietals to shine.
Balance
Our youthful gem. This vibrant coupage of Garnacha Tintorera and Monastrell dazzles with an intense cherry-red color and lively red hues. It is fresh, bright, and full of personality—balanced and joyful, just as its name suggests.
Harmony
A beloved favorite among guests and wine lovers alike, Harmony is our semi-aged red, blending Syrah and Monastrell. Aged for three months in French oak barrels, it boasts a rich ruby color and an elegant mouthfeel. The wine’s sweet tannins and generous volume speak to the care taken in both barrel and bottle.
Elegance
The name says it all. This is our flagship wine, a refined blend of Petit Verdot and Monastrell aged for a minimum of six months in fine French oak. The nose reveals balsamic and citrus notes, mingled with delicate spices drawn from the wood. On the palate, Elegance is silky and smooth, leaving a lingering impression of grace and depth.
Special Edition Petit Verdot
Our rarest treasure. This limited-edition 2017 Reserva, crafted from 100% Petit Verdot, is a wine of remarkable distinction. Only 5,000 bottles were produced, preserving the essence of an exceptional harvest. Rich, aromatic, and deeply expressive, this wine is a collector’s jewel—a gift from the land, made to be savored slowly.
