Cascina Ciuchè di Dogliotti
About the Winery
Since the early 1900s, the Dogliotti family has been producing extraordinary grapes: Angelo “Gele” Dogliotti, the founder, cultivated vines of Barbera and Moscato with the help of their sons Luigi and Remo.
Angelo, Gele’s grandson, took up the direction in 1996. His spirit of initiative and his intuition for the potential of the territory determined the real turning point. He began to work on the expansion of the winery, adding new plots each year. Every plot is valuable in terms of soil exposure and composition for the production of diversified grapes.
Maintaining the family tradition today, his son, Enrico, works alongside Angelo to shape the winery's future. He has the same instinct for the land, longing to inherit his father’s expertise over time. The desire to break the borders, proposing the products of Cascina Ciuchè internationally, is strong. An important challenge, a goal that can be achieved by focusing on the brand image and the quality of the products, keeping alive that passion that today you can sip in the wine glasses offered in Cascina.
