Nestled in the heart of Tuscany, between Florence and Pisa, Castelfalfi is a medieval village surrounded by 2,700 acres of untouched woodland, olive groves, vineyards, and small bodies of water. Our agricultural estate represents a harmonious balance between nature and agriculture, where tradition meets innovation. With a history dating back to 754 AD, Castelfalfi’s roots run deep, and for generations, its inhabitants have carefully cultivated the land, nurturing the vineyards and olive trees that grace our estate. Today, we continue this legacy with a commitment to sustainable, organic farming, producing premium wines, aromatic extra virgin olive oil, wildflower honey, and liqueurs.

At Castelfalfi, our 61 acres of organic vineyards produce wines that embody the rich history and unique terroir of Tuscany. Situated at altitudes up to 350 meters above sea level, our vineyards are home to both native grape varieties, such as Sangiovese, Vermentino, Trebbiano, Malvasia, and Colombana, as well as international varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. Our commitment to organic farming ensures that the natural characteristics of our grapes are preserved, enhancing the distinctiveness of each plot. In our cellar and barrel room, we vinify and age each grape variety separately to achieve perfect balance and allow the terroir’s unique properties to shine through in every bottle. Castelfalfi wines reflect our dedication to sustainability, respect for the land, and the centuries-old winemaking traditions of Tuscany.
