Since the beginning, in 1794, the family has worked together to harvest and gently press the grapes in their own cellars before blending them to obtain the balance and finesse that is Aspasie. What finer symbol of the continuity than the old Morgen grape-crushing machine.The Aspasie estate is 12 hectares of the three grape varieties needed Champagne. The older vines, at 35 years, dominate the site and give the best quality fruit.
