We are a family-run Champagne house, warmly welcoming guests in every season—on our terrace overlooking the Champagne vineyards when the weather is pleasant, or in our heated veranda during the cooler months. Our vineyards are mainly located in Nogent l'Abbesse, where we grow primarily Chardonnay, the noble white grape variety that defines the elegance of our style. Our focus is on producing Blanc de Blancs, but we also own several plots on the Montagne de Reims, where we cultivate Pinot Noir and Meunier, allowing us to create expressive and balanced blends. DOCK - Les Sacrés Chais, the first urban winery in Reims, was founded in 2021 by wine enthusiasts Laure and Fabrice, who set out to create still wines that merge tradition with modernity and a distinctive originality. The winery embodies a spirit of creativity, producing wines meant to be enjoyed among friends. Working with organic vineyards that prioritize the environment, Laure and Fabrice ensure that only the highest quality grapes are selected. The winemaking process is a balance of tradition and innovation, featuring a traditional wooden press alongside modern tanks. With minimal intervention, low sulfites, and manual bottling, DOCK - Les Sacrés Chais crafts wines that are authentic, carefully nurtured, and full of character.

Strategic spot on the prestigious ''Montagne de Reims'' vineyard, in the protection of the setting of the Regional Nature Park, Ville-Dommange is one of the villages classified as First Growth of the West Coast (1er Cru de la Côté Ouest). The Champagne Cl. de la Chapelle is the fruit of this specific and worldwide unique terroir. It has been produced every year for nearly 70 years by 5 families of winemakers from Ville-Dommange.

The House of Lanson has always blended its champagnes using a majority of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in order to achieve the perfect balance of power and finesse. Our supply from over 500 hectares of vines in the wine-growing region of Champagne offers a wealth of choice and enables Lanson to select the best grapes from the best plots

Housed since 1999, I took over the small family business behind my father, he and my grandfather and great-grandfather ... Our family had received a distinction "Farmers of France" as a sign of continuity for the period 1643-1895! This means all our attachment to perpetuate our family values. We cultivate 2 ha 30 vineyards, near Reims, in Marne, in France as well as cereals, oilseed rape and beets. We are located in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, in the valley of Ardres, in the region of the Montagne de Reims. Agriculture and viticulture we practice is more respectful as possible for the environment possible.

Nestled on the slopes of the massif valonnés Saint Thierry, the village of Hermonville is probably twice millennium, since his name is derived from the Latin Heremundi name given to a villa from the Gallo-Roman period. From the XII and XIII centuries, the wines Hermonville called "mountain wine" are renowned far beyond the borders of Champagne. In 1406, the Royal Hotel is increasing its supply of wines and the town of Hermonville becomes a major trade. This trend is accentuating the XV and XVI centuries, and in 1825, the wines mostly exported to the North, become the heart of of Hermonville activity. With the stroke of genius of Dom Perignon in 1668, Champagne takes off. At first, it n 'is accessible to royal and princely courts due to limited production and high prices. In the nineteenth century, it is all the festivals. Unfortunately in 1900, phylloxera devastated the vineyards Hermonville, the area increased from 193 hectares to 8 hectares. Patiently, at the cost of persistent work, the vineyard slowly regaining lost ground, and currently, 98 hectares are planted in three varieties. However, nothing is gained and the harsh climate requires constant vigilance Champagne, made of ancestral repeats and laborious gestures whose regularity and quality of grapes produced depend.

Depuis trois générations, nous cultivons la vigne. Propriétaire à Saint Thierry, village champenois situé au coeur du Massif de Saint Thierry, notre vignoble est implanté sur des terres privilégiées prés de Reims, ville d’Art et Cité des Sacres. Nos vignes bénéficient d’un encépagement constitué de Chardonnay, Pinot Noir et Pinot Meunier et nous permet ainsi de réaliser des assemblages uniques. De la vigne à la bouteille, les soins méticuleux et rationnels apportés aux Cuvées pendant de longues années de vieillissement viennent achever notre patient travail.

Since the beginning, in 1794, the family has worked together to harvest and gently press the grapes in their own cellars before blending them to obtain the balance and finesse that is Aspasie. What finer symbol of the continuity than the old Morgen grape-crushing machine.The Aspasie estate is 12 hectares of the three grape varieties needed Champagne. The older vines, at 35 years, dominate the site and give the best quality fruit.

The 5th generation has been in place since 2004. The last 10 years have been dedicated to several key factors: the transmission of expertise, the quality of work and the continuity of the style of the House. We respect our soil and our vineyards to the highest point. We want to hand them down intact for future generations.
