A few kilometers from Épernay, the capital of Champagne, Cerseuil is located in the heart of the Marne Valley. The village is nestled in a countryside covered with small hills, on which vines produce the three grape varieties authorized since 1935 for the creation of Champagne: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. For three generations we have carefully tended our vines in the traditional manner. All stages in the creation of our wines are managed on the family property. To ensure the highest quality, we are dedicated to transforming the juice from our vines in the best possible manner. We thus make use of modern techniques while respecting traditional methods of Champagne production.
