COBUE is a winery that has its roots since 1800 in this land of moraine hills full of history ...Work soaked, hard work but also of exquisite beauty of nature that encourage spirit...vestiges of the past remain for our memory...the way forward is what is done today and you can see ...

Since 1971 the company is owned by the Gettuli/Castoldi family who has created model for the treatment and processing of agricultural produce, for a pleasant and relaxing taste of the joy of being together enjoying what nature can give us.

In the magnificent setting of our vineyards, where the old barn once existed, our accommodation facility was built, modern and in dialogue with the surrounding environment, entirely made of wood and attentive to eco-sustainability and energy saving.

A splendid example of innovative and unobtrusive architecture with minimal and relaxing environments that help guests find their own well-being.

Six perfectly equipped apartments, the beautiful swimming pool in a luxuriant garden of 8,000 square meters and the splendid SPA will welcome guests in a continuous cuddle

The grapes of various vines are vinified entirely in their own using the most modern processing techniques, respecting the tradition of our lands, able to give us all of the great wines, the truest expression of the wine peculiarities of the territory.

The approximately 15ha of vineyards dotted around the gentle slopes of the hills, with the best exposure to enjoy until the last rays of the setting sun, and to live the best soil conditions, here calcareous/clayey, large tank of mineral salts the perfect growth of the vineyard.

The care in the planting of cuttings, the tightness of the-head screws, the reduced pruning and selection of the grapes during the harvest, combined with a meticulous attention to less invasive treatments are the cultivation of vineyards a pride and joy Cobue ... also to the harmonious and beautiful views ...

The harvest then, strictly handmade, with a careful selection of the best grapes, it is a rewarding job of trouble, but that rewards the efforts made throughout the year.

At bottling then special treatment is reserved for Chardonnay, international variety which is the basis of Cobue Brut and Pas dose, and vintage Blanc de Blanc; minimum 36 months on the yeasts before to disgorgement!

Rarity, indeed quite uniques, are £! Ottobre Lugana and Cobue Passvm (both of them late harvest) from grape Tuki, which are produced in limited quantities, for true connoisseurs.
