Located in the heart of the Sierre vineyards, the Colline de Daval is a Valaisan family business that has been active for several generations. This wine and agricultural estate combines the production of AOC wines, local fruits, and authentic wine tourism experiences. Between vineyard tours, wine tastings, and stays at the Castel de Daval surrounded by vines, visitors discover the expertise and passion of a family of winemakers in an exceptional panoramic setting in the heart of Valais.

7 hectares of vines between two vineyards: Sierre and Chamoson. Part of the vineyard is in organic production. There are about twenty different grape varieties with typical Valais specialties such as Petite Arvine, Cornalin, Humagne, and even a very rare grape variety – Charmont.
