About the Winery

The Di Colle in Colle Winery is a young and dynamic reality, established in 2024 among the Umbrian hills, just a few minutes from Lake Trasimeno. The project was born from a passion for authentic and sustainable wine, with an artisanal production that reflects the territory and a commitment to quality.

The winery's philosophy is based on three fundamental values: authenticity, sustainability, and craftsmanship. Each wine is the result of meticulous work in the vineyard and cellar, guided by Vincenzo, a young Sicilian winemaker rooted in Umbria, who blends tradition and innovation while respecting the environment.

We welcome guests with warmth and sincerity, offering tasting experiences by reservation to discover the wines and the territory in an authentic and relaxed atmosphere.

Wonderful
It was an absolutely wonderful experience! The four of us enjoyed a private wine tasting, personally hosted by the owner himself. He explained and showed us everything with so much passion, care, and attention to detail.

We are from Germany and booked the tour in English, and everything was very easy to understand. Throughout the entire experience, you could truly feel his love and dedication to his work. He puts his heart and soul into what he does, and it really makes the experience feel special and personal.

We highly recommend this experience and would definitely come back!
We also really appreciated that he asked us in advance whether there were any vegans or vegetarians in our group, so that he could prepare the accompanying snack platter accordingly. And a big plus: all of his wines are vegan! This was a wonderful extra and made the experience even more enjoyable for us

Educating experience
I recently visited the winery with a group of friends. I was pleasantly surprised how clean the facilities were and the equipment was all new. Our guide spoke perfect English and had vast knowledge in the wine making field. He was happy to explain in depth each of the different wine making methods and techniques, answering any questions thoroughly. We sampled several different types of wine throughout the fermentation process and could taste and see the difference between newly started wine and wines along the route to maturity. After the tour, we sampled the finished wines along with some Italian meats and cheeses. All together a very enjoyable and educational experience that I enjoyed and recommend. Thank you!
The outside of the building in autumn was a bit cold, perhaps suggest visitors bring a warm coat or jacket.

Lovely wine tasting experience
We booked the 3 glass tasting experience. We had a great time. Our host was lovely and very knowledgeable about the winery, and wines we tasted. Very good 5

Beautiful location, the owner is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
It is a new project but the foundations are truly the best.
All the wines get a thumbs up, have him tell you about the labels.
