Nestled at the foot of the Sainte-Baume mountain in Provence, Domaine La Gayolle is a unique wine estate shaped by history, nature, and seven generations of family passion.

A natural spring flows through the estate, giving life to our vineyards cultivated in organic farming and to three majestic 400-year-old plane trees recognized as “Remarkable Trees of France.” At the heart of the property stands a 4th-century Romanesque chapel, listed as a Historic Monument, bearing witness to our extraordinary heritage.

Today, the Paul family continues to craft authentic red, white, and rosé wines that express the energy and elegance of this preserved terroir.
