About the Winery
Domaine Ollier-Taillefer is a family estate in the north-eastern part of the AOP Faugères appellation in central Languedoc, Southern France. It is run by Luc and Françoise Ollier, brother and sister, the 5th generation of locally-born wine-makers and today responsible for these 40 hectares of AOP Faugères vineyards. In 2020, Florent Ollier, Luc's youngest son, joined the estate and became a partner with his father and aunt, and in 2025, it's his brother's turn, Guilhem. The story continues...
The grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted before they arrive in the cellars. Aware of the fragility of our schistose terroir, we have chosen to respect it by working as naturally as possible. That is why, since 2001, we have been cultivating according to the principles of ‘sustainable agriculture’ and, since 2009, according to the principles of organic farming (Ecocert certification).
