About Winery and Wines
El Zeremia is a family-run winery located in the scenic Val di Non in Trentino, Italy. Established by the Zadra family, the estate spans 4 hectares of land, with a focus on reviving ancient local grape varieties, particularly Groppello di Revò. The winery has a deep-rooted history, tracing back to the 19th century, when it was passed down to the current generation. Visitors can explore the rich winemaking tradition, surrounded by a breathtaking landscape, while learning about the estate’s dedication to preserving Trentino’s viticultural heritage.
El Zeremia specializes in producing unique wines from native grape varieties like Groppello di Revò and Maor. Known for their authenticity, the wines capture the essence of the region’s terroir, with the flagship Groppello di Revò offering a distinctive taste of the local landscape. The winery also produces Johanniter, a white wine made from a resistant variety. With a commitment to sustainability and minimal intervention, El Zeremia's wines are an honest reflection of the land and its history.
