ERALDO DENTICI

Eraldo Dentici is a producer of natural wines, with the winery located in Montefalco. The journey began in 1998, starting from scratch and growing from an initial production of 1,000 bottles per wine to a total of 50,000 bottles per year, now divided into nine different wines.

The decision to focus on natural winemaking stems from a deep commitment to respecting the environment and the surrounding ecosystem, ensuring balance and biodiversity both in the wines and in the territory. Eraldo Dentici produces organic, natural, and vegan wines, which are neither filtered nor clarified. Fermentations occur spontaneously, without selected yeasts or additional interventions.

Every bottle from Eraldo Dentici captures the essence of nature, delivering a pure and emotional expression of Montefalco's terroir.
