Siamo andati dopo aver acquistato on Line il picnic ed era una delle esperienze più care che abbiamo prenotato. Siamo arrivati e non erano informati che dovevamo arrivare, non c’era nulla di pronto e del picnic manco L ombra. L
Ospitalita del ragazzo che ci ha accolto e la
Particolarità dei vini ha parzialmente compensato ma sarebbe stato da richiedere il rimborso almeno parziale dell esperienza. In sintesi: disorganizzazione notevole, poco senso dell accoglienza (se pago per un picnic e mi dai q pezzi di pane. E mandorle mi aspetto che si faccia qualcosa), ma vini particolari - che possono piacere. Peccato per la disorganizzazione.

Estuvimos de lujo con la anfitriona, degustando una gran variedad de vinos de la tierra, acompañado de un aperitivo riquísimo. Las vistas desde la terraza inmejorables. Es una bodega joven pero en expansión, con mucho futuro. Lo mejor sin duda el trato recibido. Para repetir.

Tolles junges Weingut, Fabio war sehr herzlich. Die biologischen Weine waren sehr lecker, ebenso die Oliven, das Olivenöl und Caponata aus eigener Produktion.. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend mit tollem Ausblick bis zum Meer abseits der Touristenströme. Sehr zu empfehlen!
Die Abfahrt ist leicht zu übersehen.. Ist eine Lücke in der Leitplanke

Accolti fin dall’ arrivo dal gentilissimo Fabio Ferracane, siamo stati seguiti lungo tutto il percorso della produzione del vino biologico di tutte le varie tipologie, con una prima degustazione di accoglienza ben gradita. All’interno delle cantine si possono apprezzare le particolari anfore in cemento (credo) utilizzate per la vinificazione e l’affinamento. Successivamente Fabio ci ha lasciati liberi di accomodarci sulla terrazza che domina il promontorio e da lì abbiamo avuto modo di degustare il vino rosee “Camaleonte” e ammirare lo splendido panorama circostante. La degustazione è proseguita con un pic nic all’interno della vigna, dove ci sono stati serviti altri vini (sulla base dei nostri gusti) e dove Fabio non ha tralasciato di spiegarci le peculiarità visive ed olfattive dei vini e servirci come abbinamenti deliziosi cibi di produzione locale. Mi sento di consigliare a tutti questa esperienza, in quanto si percepisce fin da subito l’attenzione e la passione con cui il titolare della cantina porta avanti questa attività mettendola a piena disposizione dei suoi ospiti e dando l’opportunità di poter apprezzare la qualità eccellente dei suoi vini.

Beautiful Wine Tasting & Vinyard Tour

We did a beautiful vineyard and wine tasting tour at Fabio’s! The host was so lovely, friendly and welcoming :) we had delicious organic wine which was well explained and we were able to taste the wine at early stages so we can experience the full process.

We then had a delicious snack and a choice of 4 wines to try. I would also like to highlight how delicious the sun dried tomato’s are (fabiois dad makes these)!

If we’re ever in the area we would love to do this again!
We would suggest saying the tour could possibly be 3 hours long as we ran out of time :)

An evening to remember

This is an excellent wine tasting experience that we thoroughly enjoyed and savoured. Both Fabio and our guide Johanna were welcoming friendly and their knowledge was great. The winery is in beautiful countryside and watching the sunset while enjoying the food and wine was just beautiful. We wouldn’t hesitate to do this again . Highly recommend this tour.

Amazing!

Fabio welcomed my friends and I in open arms. He was very nice and polite. He explained us about the grapes types, the process of wine making and enriched us with lots of knowledge. The tastings and the food were more than amazing! It was perfect!
In conclusion, we really recommend to go there and have this experience that we had.

Very wonderful experience

We’ve had the last tasting of the day and we were with just the two of us.
We got a little tour trough the vineyard from our sweet tourguide and after that we took a look at all the different tanks of wine in the warehouse. We even got to taste a few of the half finished ones in the barrels to compare them with the finished wines.
After the tour we got a wonderful table at the panoramic terrace for our tasting with a pairing of Sicilian food with the wines. We had the 4-wine tasting but we got to taste 5 or 6 even. Just “on the house” with again a lot of extra information from our guide.
We really enjoyed the experience and the wines from Fabio (who also came by to say hallo and told us some things about his wines)

Very highly recommend this tour!

Ein sehr tolles Erlebnis. Man hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen uns alle Fragen zu beantworten und uns alles zu erklären. Vorab wurde uns angeboten, die Uhrzeit zu verschieben, da es sehr warm war, was wir dankend angenommen haben. Den Geschmack der Weine möchte ich nicht beurteilen, aber uns haben sie sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Service war hervorragend, auch das Essen war wirklich gut.
Die Auffahrt war etwas leicht zu übersehen, weswegen wir zuerst vorbei gefahren sind, aber das haben wir schnell herausgefunden.

La passione tangibile

Siamo stati il 15 agosto con un'amica e ci ha accompagnato direttamente Fabio nell'esperienza. All'inizio era un po' impacciato mentre guardavamo il vigneto ma appena passati all'interno della cantina tra botti e silos (e arrivata la moglie che gli dava sicurezza) è iniziata la magia, Fabio è un padrone di casa perfetto, trasmette tutta la passione per il proprio prodotto che merita tutta quella passione. Il posto è stupendo, vedere il tramonto tra le egadi è bellissimo e il tutto accompagnato da vini e cibi ottimi migliora l'esperienza

The story of Fabio Ferracane’s winery is one deeply rooted in tradition and family heritage. Fabio’s journey into the world of wine began in the 1990s, when his father, who had inherited 3 hectares of vineyard from Fabio's grandfather, produced wine solely for family consumption.
