Santa Tresa is located in the town of Vittoria, in the Province of Ragusa, southeastern Sicily, at an altitude of 240 meters above sea level. The estate is the result of the passion and 30 years of experience of two brothers from Trentino, Marina and Stefano, who, in 2001, took over the historic Santa Tresa Estate, which dates back to 1697. Recognizing the immense potential of the region for organic wine production, they expanded their venture in 2016 by acquiring Azienda Agricola Cortese, a second farm in the picturesque countryside near Vittoria.
The wineries operate under an organic regime, which is more than a method of cultivation—it reflects a deep respect for nature. This approach allows for the production of superior wines while supporting biodiversity. The rich presence of flora and fauna around the vineyards attests to the integration of sustainable practices within the estate, where the harmony between the natural environment and the vineyards is a central philosophy.

The wines of Santa Tresa are an authentic expression of the Ragusa territory, where organic viticulture thrives. Each wine embodies the strong identity of the vineyards and reflects the winery's commitment to sustainability and respect for the land. Among the offerings are:
Il Grillo: This organic white wine is made entirely from Grillo grapes. It features fresh and zesty citrus flavors combined with a hint of minerality, representing the perfect expression of this native Sicilian variety.
Il Frappato: A light-bodied red wine with a fruity and floral profile, made entirely from Frappato grapes. It is known for its bright, fresh character, with delicate notes of red berries and violets.
Insieme Orange: This wine is a blend of native white grapes made in an orange wine style. It undergoes extended skin contact, giving it depth and complexity, with notes of dried fruits and spices.
Insieme: A unique blend of indigenous Sicilian and international varieties. Insieme is a harmonious wine with notes of red fruits, balanced acidity, and elegant tannins.
Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG: This blend of Nero d'Avola and Frappato is Sicily’s only DOCG wine. It is structured yet fresh, with cherry and caramel notes, soft tannins, and a long finish.
Avulisi Riserva: A Nero d'Avola wine from the estate's oldest vines, Avulisi Riserva is aged for a year in barriques. It is known for its depth, featuring black cherry, chocolate, and spicy flavors.
Orisi: Made from a rediscovered ancient Sicilian grape, Orisi is a full-bodied and aromatic wine with notes of cherries, cedar, and pink pepper, representing a perfect balance of tradition and modernity.
