Gli Allori
About the Winery
Gli Allori winery, located in Collalbrigo in the heart of Conegliano’s rolling hills, has been dedicated to quality winemaking since its founding in 1919. The estate is rich in history, with generations of family members overseeing its operations, from Giovanni and Luigia, who established the winery, to today’s stewards, Matilde, Giacomo, and Giulio. They took over the company in 2011, with a shared commitment to blend tradition, innovation, and sustainability.
The estate is known for its limited annual production, with a focus on crafting wines that express the unique terroir of the region. Gli Allori's signature Prosecco Superiore DOCG, Le Tose, is a tribute to the strong women in the family who have played pivotal roles in its history. The winery has also earned SQNPI certification, emphasizing its commitment to sustainable farming practices.
In 2019, Gli Allori marked its centenary with the launch of A'llori, a Metodo Classico sparkling wine, and celebrated the UNESCO recognition of the Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene as a World Heritage Site. The winery has since expanded into wine tourism, offering visitors personal tours and tastings, allowing guests to explore the vineyards and sample wines alongside local delicacies.
