The Morette – Valerio Zenato farm spans 40 hectares of vineyards across three estates in the Lugana DOC area, on the southern shore of Lake Garda. Our winery is deeply connected to the land, adhering to a philosophy that prioritizes environmental sustainability through the use of organic amendments and natural substances. Guests visiting Le Morette can enjoy guided tours of our vineyards and underground aging cellar, learning about our commitment to nature and experiencing the history and traditions that shape our winemaking process.
About the Wines
At Le Morette, we craft elegant wines from some of the most renowned DOC areas in Verona. Our Lugana wines, celebrated for their depth and aging potential, offer a true taste of the territory. In Lazise, our vineyards produce Bardolino and Chiaretto, highlighting the fresh, vibrant character of these wines. Additionally, we explore the neighboring regions of Lake Garda and Valpolicella Classica, producing the refined Valpolicella and Amarone wines, known for their rich, elegant flavors and deep connection to the Veronese tradition.

Would have been nice to get to taste also the ripasso, amarone and the local olive oil.

A nice experience to spend a morning
At the winery I was expecting a little something more, a very basic tour and a tasting with minimal explanation of the wine we were drinking. But overall it was still a good experience that, as I said, I recommend.
Lunch in a very nice place by the lake and it was abundant.
