Quinta da Boa Esperança is based 45 Km away from Lisbon and we are lucky to be in an area that has the perfect environmental conditions to produce wonderful white wines, typically produced here in the region for centuries. At the same time, our vineyards are based on the bottom of Montejunto Ridge with large sun exposure and higher temperatures for reds, and still the Atlantic Ocean influence is crucial to keep the freshness of our red wines. All these combined characteristics create our unique terroir.

Quinta da Boa Esperança, vineyards, kitchen garden, open fires and a sustainable philosophy, all nestled in the rolling hills and the jagged slope’s of the Lisbon wine region, which spreads north of the city up the coastline. We are 15km from the Atlantic ocean and our team is comprised of the indigenous people of this land.
