Roccafiore is located near Todi, in Umbria, combining a winery producing exclusively organic wines, a resort, a restaurant and a spa, where attention to the development of environment-friendly viticulture is now a well-established fact.

The wine of Roccafiore come from 15 hectares situated on hillsides at 380 metres above sea level. Combining a profound regard for indigenous grape varieties and is situated in the Martani hills, an area that the estate is committed to conserving in every little detail, including by means of the use of organic farming methods. The protection of the ecological balance of the Todi region and of the physiological balance of the vines; the decision to grow native grape varieties; the care of the soil and the rediscovery of traditional practices: these are all part of the estate’s continuous quest for outstanding quality. This goal is also pursued through the company’s winemaking choices and advanced technological plant, which provides constant monitoring of the natural evolution of the product, from fermentation to bottling.
