The estate spans 135 hectares, divided into two main areas: one located in Poggibonsi, where the winery, offices, and a significant portion of the vineyards are situated, and the other in Castellina in Chianti since 1983, when Guido Serio and his wife Isa became the owners, San Fabiano Calcinaia has been dedicated to producing high-quality wines. This commitment has been demonstrated through substantial investments in modernizing the vineyards, cellars, and building a skilled and passionate team. The winery is known for its sustainable practices, with a complete conversion to organic farming initiated in 2009. In addition to exceptional wines, the estate offers a serene escape in beautifully renovated villas and apartments, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the tranquility of the Tuscan landscape.

San Fabiano Calcinaia is celebrated globally for its organic wines, which reflect the true essence of the Chianti region. The estate produces a range of distinguished wines, including the Chianti Classico Annata DOCG, Chianti Classico Gran Selezione "Cellole" DOCG, and Chianti "Famalgallo" DOCG. Among its offerings are also the renowned Supertuscan Cerviolo Rosso IGT and the elegant Cabernet Sauvignon IGT. For those who appreciate the complexity of white wines, the Cerviolo Bianco IGT is a standout, while Casa Boschino IGT offers a unique expression of the terroir.
