An experience not to be repeated

I'm embarrassed to write this review as the experience never happened. On the scheduled day we went to the location (which I must say is very pleasant and charming) but we didn't find anyone there to welcome us. After several attempts we managed to contact the person in charge of hospitality, who at first seemed to have absolutely no memory of the fact that there was supposed to be a booked tasting, who told us she was away for personal reasons and that she would be back within an hour. After several phone calls and at least an hour of waiting we decided to ask for an immediate refund and leave. We felt like we were being made a fool of as we weren't given the slightest advance notice and so I would like to prevent other people from finding themselves in the position we were in in the future, so if you can, avoid it!

Ci scusiamo nuovamente. Non era nostra intenzione disdire la sua degustazione presso le Nostre Cantine Aliani. Urgenze familiari, come specificato anche nel momento del rimborso biglietto immediato, non ci hanno dato la possibilità di avvisare i nostri clienti in tempo così da schedulare la degustazione ad un’altra data.
Speriamo di rivederla presto nel Nostro Castello per la degustazione dei nostri favolosi vini.
