The tour begins with a short walk through Cantine De Biase's vineyards, where the guide will explain the characteristics of the soil, the organic farming method and the grape varieties used in the production of their wines.
Continuing on, you will arrive at the winery, where you'll learn about the winemaking method and the focus on protecting the environment, while respecting the vegan and organic philosophy. During the tour of Cantine De Biase, the guide will show you the fermentation tanks and wooden aging barrels, explaining the wine-making process and all the secrets of making a high-quality product.
At this point, you will move on to taste 1 glass of Cantine De Biase's wine accompanied by taralli, a typical Lucanian snack. The tour concludes with an opportunity to purchase the wines and local products at the winery, to take home a taste of the authentic flavor of Basilicata.
